Beautiful yellow colour with a green rim. Elegant nose, white flowers, fennel, pear and green tea. The palate is vibrant, fresh, mineral and enveloping.
Fermented in stainless steel with its wild yeasts at 15-16ºC for 32 days
Aging on its lees for 4 months at 16 ºC
