The 2021 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is a beautifully textured and expressive wine, with aromas of sweet grass, grapefruit pith, and lemon meringue, layered with grilled pineapple and a touch of oak spice.
Beautiful aromas of sweet grass, grapefruit pith, lemon meringue, pineapple and a touch of oak spice. Grilled pineapple, white grapefruit and soft citrus play on the palate with a lingering minerality, some oak tannin and a long, pleasing finish.
Sauvignon Blanc is a passion of ours. We make many different styles and it all starts in the vineyard. This fruit is from the last pick of the harvest from our own estate vineyard. Very ripe at this stage, the flavours start to lean into more tropical fruit and make a wine with more body and structure. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels and puncheons for 12 months.
