This Niagara Riesling is fruity and crisp with notes of fresh citrus, peach, orange blossom and a touch of bubblegum on the nose. The palate of this white wine echoes the nose with notes of honey, green apple and tropical fruit.
The growing season started out unusually mild, with higher precipitation levels than normal. The rain continued throughout the summer months, luckily we had enough hot and sunny days to allow full maturity in the grapes.
