Black Cab™ is our Signature Niagara Wine, crafted from varietals that grow well in Ontario’s cool climate: Baco Noir and Cabernet. This unique blend displays rich notes of black cherry, black currant and cranberry with a hint of  smoke and vanilla on the nose. The palate echoes with notes of freshly crushed blackberry and a slight note of chocolate on the lingering finish. This smooth red wine is continually one of the top selling Niagara Red Blends in the LCBO.  

Harvested from premium Ontario Vineyards. Each varietal was fermented and aged separately. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
