Juicy notes of cherry, strawberry, pomegranate and citrus on the nose. The palate echoes these flavours with additional notes of raspberry and strawberry jam followed by a balanced acidity.
Serve well-chilled on its’ own or as the perfect companion to grilled salmon and mixed greens salad.
The grapes were gently pressed with little duration of skin contact so as not to extract too much colour or tannin. 70% Riesling 30% Gamay Noir
