This smooth red blend of Cabernet and Shiraz features rich notes of black cherry, plum, raspberry & a hint of black pepper spice. It’s medium bodied with a round finish and lingering tannins. 

Harvested from high quality vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula. Gently pressed in pneumatic style bladder presses and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks for 2 weeks. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Cold stabilized and filtered before bottling.
